One of the foundational beliefs of naturopathy is that given the right conditions the body can heal itself. Herbal medicine creates an environment which allows this to occur.

The beauty of herbal medicine is that it works to get to the root cause of a problem. Seeing as many of our herbs come in liquid form, I’m able to carefully select a combination of herbs tailored specifically to my client’s condition and mix them together as one remedy. I find liquid herbs work exceptionally as they are so well absorbed. They also allow me to easily adjust dosage for a client depending on their sensitivities or needs and can often reduce the number of supplements needed.

In addition to my liquid herbals, there are a number of wonderful tableted complexes for those who prefer the convenience of tablets or capsules.
